Period of drawing up the business invitation:
1 month (The invitation’s original is finished in Saint-Petersburg).
The shorter period of time is available on request for special rates.
For drawing up the business invitation you should show the filled in questionnaire in Russian or English, and a copy of the passport.

Period of drawing up the tourist invitation:
1 work day (The invitation’s original is issued in Saint-Petersburg; sending the copy by fax or e-mail).
The invitation can be drawn up in four hours in case of the individual agreement.
In case of drawing up 10 or more invitations – the special price can be provided.
Please send the filled in questionnaire in Russian or English for drawing up the tourist invitation.
General terms of the service ordering:
1. The delivery in Saint-Petersburg is possible when drawing up 3 and more invitations. Cost of delivery: 250 RUR.
2. Terms of payment
Drawing up the invitations is based on 100% prepayment. Drawing up the invitations for the corporate clients of the Russian Voyages Company can be provided according to the corporate.
Payment can be done:
§ By bank transfer on the Russian Voyages Company account;
§ By credit card in our office or by credit card on-line (for on-line payment please contact us).

3. Guarantees
§ The Company is not responsible for the refusal for giving documents on enter by the Federal Migratory Service.
§ The Company is not responsible for the decision about giving visas by the Council services of Russia beyond the bounds of Russia.
§ In case of the refusal for giving documents on enter Russia to the foreign citizen by the Federal Migratory Service not because of the Company’s fault the whole cost of services is paid.
§ When the foreign citizen enters Russia the information about the date of the arrival, the check-point of the arrival and the accommodation of the foreign citizen have to be given to the Company.
