A manager of Russian Voyages Company will get in touch with the person whose contact information  was written in the reservation request to check the details. The confirmation of the order with all details is sent to the client in written form to check and confirm.

The confirmation should be signed by the client in case he agrees with all the details and conditions mentioned and sent to the Russian Voyages Company office by fax or by e-mail (scanned copy).

2.      Terms of payment

The ticket is sold on the basis of 100% prepayment.

Payment can be done:

§         By bank transfer to the Russian Voyages Company account;

§         By credit card in our office or by distant payment.

Terms of cancellation of the request:

If you cancel the request after you have sent us the signed confirmation, the cancellation fee applies. When returning the ticket the rules of ticket returning established by the transporter and the ticket seller in time of making the purchase are used.

In case of returning the ticket or refusing from the ticket after sending the confirmation signed up by the:

§                    service fee for booking service is not paid back

§                    service fee for the delivery service is paid back only if the tickets have not been delivered

ATTENTION! In case of loosing the ticket the refund isn’t made.
