General provisions

• The cost of the services ordered is determined in accordance to the relevant current rates at the time of receiving the request from the client. 
• The current rates of the Russian Voyages Company can be seen at the site www.russianvoyages.com and must be confirmed in righting by a manager of Russian Voyages.
• The Russian Voyages company provides all services on the basis of 100% prepayment, announced to the client in a preliminary confirmation of the service. Different way of payment is possible after the signing of the contract on corporate services.
• The procedure of booking any service is specified below. The request for any service should be sent in righting and received by a manager of Russian Voyages Company. The offer of the required service will be sent to the client within 24 hours after the request was received. The invoice for prepayment will be sent after the client confirms the offer. After the payment is received the confirmation for the service requested will be sent to the client. If the payment  is not received in time the Russian Voyages Company reserves the right to cancel the request of the client.
• Booking services are guaranteed after the receiving the 100% prepayment by the Russian Voyages Company.

 Payment for accommodation

The Russian Voyages Company accepts the payment for accommodation in the following ways:

- Bank transfer payment by legal persons

- Bank transfer payment by private persons

        - Credit card payment in the office of the Russian Voyages Company

        - Distant payment by credit card

        - Payment in cash or by credit card in the hotel

Please inform us in advance if you wish to make the payment at the check-in in the hotel. In this case the reservation may be guaranteed by the letter of guarantee from the legal person. Russian Voyages reserves the right to refuse to guarantee the reservation on the base of the letter of guarantee.
