The payment can be:
§ To the interpreter when finishing the order in accordance with the following prices;

The terms of payment are agreed individually when making the order. The service for the corporate clients of the Russian Voyages Company can be made on different conditions stated in the corporate contract.

Categories of difficulty:
The categories are determined when receiving the order beforehand and are précised in the process of fulfilling the order.
I category of difficulty is related to filling up the questionnaires, commercial negotiations, special subjects translation, equipment montage, delegations accompaniment, telephone talks, ordering guide-interpreters.
II category difficulty is related to conferences, seminars, symposiums, congresses, meetings, group discussions, lectures, presentations, press-conferences, working with VIP-clients.
When ordering the interpreter for the combined translation - the sequential one for the audience and
the simultaneous one without the equipment for 1-2 participants - the cost of services depends on the
simultaneous translation.
The volume of translation:
For defining the volume of the verbal translation the astronomical hour is used; all breaks are included in the whole interpreter’s work.
Coefficients for the interpreter’s work:
- For sequential translation: 4-hour work - 1,3;
- 4 hours and more – the common price
-The work more than 8 hours (for the 9th and the following) – 1,5
- The work on day off (Saturday, Sunday, holidays) - 1,5
- The work after 22:00 - 1,5
- The work in difficult weather or acoustical conditions - 1,5
- The coefficient of the urgent order – 2 (the order for the sequential translation is made in 2 work days, for the simultaneous translation – in 3 days.
- The coefficient of urgency is mentioned when making the order in less time.
